Pecan and double chocolate keto molten lava cake

Warm, deliciously rich and super tasty! This crunchy, chocolatey delight will be enough to see your weekend sweet tooth satisfied without compromising on the carbs!

You will need:

200g ground almonds

160g melted butter

50g chopped pecans

10-15g xylitol

40g cacao powder

40g dark chocolate buttons

Whipped double cream or clotted cream

200-300g of frozen raspberries

Makes 8

2.35g of carbs per molten cake
