Keto Tortillas with 60 second guacamole...


A healthy, low carb light meal or snack in minutes doesn't come much easier than this little combo!


Crunchy low carb tortilla chips and a flavoursome guacamole packed with healthy fats and deliciousness...


You will need:


1 packed of Lo-Dough

a sprinkle of paprika and or garlic powder

1 large rip avocado

1 tablespoon of mild Chimi sauce

Optional squeeze of lime juice



Let's do this


Preheat your oven to 170 degrees. Take 1-2 of your lo-dough bases and sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder and brush with avocado oil. Flatten out the bases further using a rolling pin. Slice up the bases into tortilla triangle shapes.

Bake in the oven for five minutes until golden and crispy.


For the guacamole, mash up your ripe avocado using a fork and add a tablespoon of Chimi mild sauce...and that's it!! Sprinkle with some chopped fresh coriander and a squeeze of line juice for extra zing. Et voila!
