Keto Cooking: Vegetarian Sausage Rolls
This week we are making one of our best sellers, Keto Vegetarian Sausage Rolls! Through much trial and error we have now perfected our Keto pastry and now we're working on our vegetarian options. We thought Vegetarian Sausage Rolls would be the ideal start. These will be a firm favourite for the whole family, perfect for your summer travels. You can prep these pastry wrapped delights in 15 mins and they are equally scrumptious eaten straight away or frozen for later.
Ingredients:
Pastry:
420g Ground Almonds
180g Ground Linseed
20g Tapioca
220g Salted Butter
2 Eggs
Generous handful of cheese
Filling:
2 Peppers
4 - 5 Mushrooms
2 Red Onions
Generous dollop of Garlic Puree
1tbs Miso
