Keto Cooking: Mushroom Stroganoff
This week we're cooking up a scrumptious Keto dinner staple, Mushroom Stroganoff.
This rich, creamy recipe is packed full of goodness, takes less than 15 mins and is also suitable for Vegan, Keto and Paleo diets.

You will need:
1 x punnet of mushrooms (ideally wild!)
1 x 400g pot of CoYo or full-fat Greek Yoghurt
1tsp Clearspring miso
2 tabs Coco Fina coconut aminos
1 x packet of full green cauliflower-rice
1/2 tsp of turmeric a handful of cashew nuts a little chopped spring onion (optional!)
Fresh chopped herbs of choice
