Keto Cooking: Falafel
In the Keto kitchen this week we’re creating our take on the Middle Eastern classic, Falafel. These crispy bites of deliciousness can be eaten immediately or stored for pack lunches and speedy dinners.
They are filled with goodness and they’re a great way to get your kids eating veggies without knowing it. This Keto dinner takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and all the ingredients are listed below.
Ingredients
1 cup of Avocado oil
1/2 cup of water
8oz sautéed Mushrooms
1 cup of roasted Pumpkin seeds
1 cup of roasted Almonds
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp ground Cumin
2 tsp ground Coriander
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp Garlic
6 tbs Chia Seeds
1 handful Spinach
