Keto Cooking: Areo-Chocolate Slices

This week we're still in the land of Keto desserts as we make slices of minty, chocolaty goodness. These bars are grain-free, gluten-free and are low in carbs and take about 10 mins to prep.

Here are all the ingredients you'll need:

For the base layer

1 ripe avocado

400g desiccated coconut

80g melted coconut oil

50g xylitol

1 tsp peppermint extract

a pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

For the top layer

50g melted coconut oil

25g xylitol

50g cacao powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

a pinch of salt
