Keto Aero-Choc Slice

Minty-chocolate delight. These aero-inspired bars are deliciously satisfying and packed with goodness and are grain-free, gluten-free and low in carbs!

You will need:
For the base layer
1 ripe avocado
400g desiccated coconut
80g melted coconut oil
50g xylitol
1 tsp peppermint extract
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
For the top layer
50g melted coconut oil
25g xylitol
50g cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Let's do this:
Blend all base ingredients together and then pour into a lined (baking paper) brownie tray. Smooth out and place in the freezer until firm to touch.
Blend all of the top layer ingredients together and pour over the chilled base layer. Return to the freezer for 20-30min until firm to touch. Remove from the tray and slice. Keep refrigerated.
