Home Made KFC (Keto Friendly Chicken) & Chocolate Chia Pudding
Makes 5-6 chicken breast worth of dippers:
3-4 eggs
5-6 Free-range chicken breasts
60g Coconut Flour
200g Ground Almonds
2 tsp smoked or regular paprika
2 teaspoons of Himalayan rock salt
4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Black pepper
For the chia pots: (makes four generous puddings)
2 x cans of full fat Organic Biona coconut milk or (four pack Organic coconut milk)
60g cacao powder
10g cinnamon powder
30g coconut sugar or xylitol (optional)
90g chia seeds
Topping ideas:
CoYo or full fat Organic yoghurt
a handful or Keto Granola
Fresh raspberries
