Keto Vegan Apple Crumble Ingredients:
500g Ground Almonds
200g Ground Linseeds
200g Ground Sunflower Seeds
350g Coconut Oil
2 Lemon Zests
180g Coconut Oil
10tbsp Xylitol or Erythritol
450g Ground Almonds
1 1/2tsp All Spice Mix
1 1/2tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2tsp Ground Nutmeg
Let's Do This
Firstly chop your apples and cook them down for 20 mins in a pan on a low heat with a little water.
For the base mix together you dry ingredients (Almonds, Linseed, Sunflower Seeds, Xylitol and Lemon Zest) before pouring in the melted coconut. Mix together until you have a beautiful crumbly mixture.
Grease your baking tray with coconut oil before adding the mixture, remember to keep 1/5 of your mixture to the side for your topping. Firmly push the mixture down using the back of a spoon to achieve a smooth top. Bake for about 15 mins or until golden brown at 170 - 180 degrees.
For the topping add all the Xylitol and spices into the apples then add the melted coconut oil and mix. Add the Almonds and continue to mix until everything's combined. Then add a generous scoop of the mixture to the top of the bases and sprinkle some of the remaining crumble. Return to the oven and bake for another eight mins.
