Keto Black Forest Gateaux Ingredients
200g Ground Almonds
2 tbsp Baking Powder
50g Cacao Powder
120g Melted Butter
200g Cream Cheese
Keto Whipped Cream
First mix together the ground almonds, baking powder, cocoa powder and erythritol until everything is combined into a smooth, fine powder. then add in the melted butter, cream cheese and eggs. Mix well until everything id fully combined. Grease your pan with coconut oil and add the mixture, cook at 160 degrees for 15 - 18 mins.
Now it's time to assemble, remove the sponge from the moulds once cooled. Cut the cakes in half and add a scoop of Keto Jam to the bottom and a dollop of whipped creme. Put the top back on and add another dollop of whipped creme with you choice of toppings.
