To kick off our festive baking we are making something that you've all been asking for, Keto Yorkshire Puddings!! We are using them as a base to make a real favourite of ours Toad in the Hole. This mixture will create a light, fluffy filling with a crisp shell. Its super simple and always please experiment with flavours of your choice

Let's Do this:
Firstly cook the sausages to perfection, then add a tablespoon of Ghee to a tray and heat it in the oven, it needs to be really hot but be careful of spitting fat when you're removing it.
Mix all the batter ingredients in the blender until you have a smooth mixture. Add in your flavourings of choice, we opted for a small handful of Rosemary and a spoonful of mustard, hand mix these into the batter.
Remove the tray of Ghee from the oven and place your sausages into the hot Ghee, once again be very careful about spitting fat! Pour in the batter mixture. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 mins and keep cooking until golden brown.
